We offer a service that delivers quickly and efficiently and deliver candidates that stay the course. Each of our placed candidates is provided with an Executive Coach for that first critical 100 day period. More significantly we defer an amount of our fee until nine months after the appointee has joined the company. This is at our client’s discretion and demonstrates our commitment to a successful solution each and every time.
